Some mornings have minor deviations but even Sat and Sun usually have this pattern.<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Wake-up<\/li>\n<li>Cuddle a bit with C<\/li>\n<li>Roll out of bed<\/li>\n<li>Grab sweats and yesterday&#8217;s shirt from floor<\/li>\n<li>Bathroom<\/li>\n<li>Weigh self bemusedly on scale that is half deconstructed (I wrote part of the software; it is a test unit)<\/li>\n<li>Wash hands<\/li>\n<li>Dress<\/li>\n<li>Free dogs from their crate<\/li>\n<li>Herd dogs into backyard<\/li>\n<li>Turn on coffee maker<\/li>\n<li>Open door for dogs, find shoes and go with them<\/li>\n<li>Deep breaths and stretch until both dogs return, admire sun rising and plants blooming<\/li>\n<li>Open door, dogs come in and run to their feeding locations<\/li>\n<li>Pet whichever dog was slowest\u00a0(usually Bear but not always)<\/li>\n<li>Feed dogs<\/li>\n<li>Add water to the pets&#8217; water bowl<\/li>\n<li>Tell cat to stop eating dog food<\/li>\n<li>Wash hands<\/li>\n<li>Look at time, think about what to do with morning<\/li>\n<li>Get mug, fill partway with water, take vitamin<\/li>\n<li>Start coffee brewing into mug<\/li>\n<li>Get food bar<\/li>\n<li>Take coffee and food bar to desk<\/li>\n<li>Get started<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/logicalelegance.com\/journey\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/photo2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-677\" title=\"Palm trees at Sunrise\" src=\"https:\/\/logicalelegance.com\/journey\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/photo2-200x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/logicalelegance.com\/journey\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/photo2-200x300.jpg 200w, https:\/\/logicalelegance.com\/journey\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/photo2-682x1024.jpg 682w, https:\/\/logicalelegance.com\/journey\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/photo2.jpg 850w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I am a creature of habit, I didn&#8217;t realize how much until I considered the things I do each morning.
